Refunds
We have a strict No Refund Policy.
Your purchase of a Tanning Session from any method is non-refundable.
Your purchase of a Tanning Session is good for the year it was purchased in.
You can transfer your un-used purchase to any other competitor during the same calendar year.
NWCCTan Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Free Skin Prep
We will send out 1 skin prep to competitors whose reservation is made in the proper time frame. We use the address supplied by the competitor and it is their responsibility to keep their address current. We will not resend a skin prep for any reason.
We mail out the skin prep approximetly 2 weeks prior to the show. We will only mail skin prep to addresses where there are no customs paperwork required.
The skin prep is intended for the show the user signed up for, if the user does not receive or the package cannot be mailed, there is no replacement or substitution.
